| the price is actually the BEST your going to get for the city of NOLA for the type of event on Bourbon. The Hotel at the airport was 135$ a night... But Royal Sonesta was very generous with their prices and everything for the event, so Im super excited to be working with them! |

| Stella, will you announce when we can arrange reservations on the forum or the mailing list? I know it's a ways off, but the hotel filled up so fast this year I don't want to miss the announcement for NOLA. |

| Hotel reservations need to be made through the hotel. Generally there is a room block, and registration is announced; at which point we all start calling the hotel's reservation people. |
