It seems I have a thousand wonderful ideas and all at a completely inconvenient time. Well, like now... I should be working. Anyways, here are some thoughts I have had for things (events) that would be fun at Authors After Dark!

1. Moon Jump! *giggles*
2. Bonfire with marshmallows!
3. BINGO
4. Playing Zobmondo
5. Casino Games
6. Make your own ice cream sundaes

OK, now your turn! Just throw some ideas out there. Brainstorm!

There was a scavenger hunt for banners in 2011. I was so busy with panels that I did not do it, but of course I wish I had now Smile

Ohhh, I like that! I loved the ghost hunt in Philly for the history. I really did not expect to see ghosts Smile

When I was in NOLA before, I did a walking ghost tour.
We walked to all these buildings, apts, etc. and the guide told us tales of murder, ghosts, etc.
It was interesting.
In the middle, we stopped for a drink and bathroom break.

That sounds about right WooWoo. We did the same in Philly, minus the break. It was a ton of walking.

It wasn't too bad. But you had to walk quickly to keep up with group. I think there were 20 or so in a group. Over that amount it gets too crowded. I think the break is a great idea. Especially if its hot and humid.

would love to do a ghost/cemetery tour while in NOLA, is it a possibility that could one of the Field trips? I'm guess sign ups for field trips take place during the con.

Typically there is a MINIMUM required to do a tour. Last year we did not have a max.

All of the field trip information will be available before the convention for those interested.

Along with another author we were thinking of host a Naughty Bingo mini-event. Kind of like regular bingo, but with a dirty affraid twist and some cool prizes. Our question was about how many would enjoy something like this?

Naughty Bingo...I LOVE that! My husband and I like to play dirty scrabble, but bingo would be a blast with a larger group of people!
