| Unless its your SO (IE roommate that is not attending the convention for meals) no. | |

| So if my boyfriend is with me in Nola but not attending the convention then he can come to the ball? I just want to be sure so he can take time off work. If I can't bring him then I need to book some airline tickets. | |

| Yes. he can come to the ball. If he wants to eat at the meals, he needs to register, if not, then he can do do the ball with you since its not a food event. | |

| hnn it would be nice to have a SO for NOLA...but at the moment my future potential hopeful SO is further North and will be jammed during the month of August for job-related reasons :sigh: | |

| okay so little sister (age 36) who is not attending the convention but will be staying a couple nights with me will not count as a so- anyway i can pay an entrance fee to bring her as a date? I'm trying to get her hooked on conventions | |

| As long as she doesnt eat at any of the events, she can come and hangout. registration pays for your food at aad to make sure you eat so... | |
