Stella is working with the hotel to correct the available reservation dates to include 3 days before and after the convention. We will be adding the link to the website as soon as we possibly can.

Yes, the link for the hotel registration will be done in similar format on the VENUE page of the website.

Usually the hotel will book in ONE name, but you can add your roommate as staying with you in the room. This however depends on the hotel. In 2010 I called to add my roommate to the room at a later date.

Can anyone else share what they have done in the past?

that's a great idea to add a name later after you have the reservation.
I'm thinking you can even add a name when you check in.

I'm pretty sure the Reservation will be kept under the same name as the credit card but that you can add others to be able to check in without you in case they show up first.

WHEW....I called my friend, and the reservations she made were for the Holiday Inn in case we aren't able to get into the Royal Sonesta....had me shaking in my slippers thinking we wouldn't be able to go!!!!!!

Will we have to give our credit card info separately for the Hotel reservations if we've already used it to register for the Convention?

oh, good question. also, are you able to split the bill with a roommate at the end of the con? or does the hotel simply charge the whole price onto the credit card of the person reserving the room?

UPDATE: Hotel registration will likely open tomorrow. Online registration is being updated with dates for 3 days before and after event.

I received a confirmation email. The two other ladies I regestered received theirs before I did - took about 15 minutes

Okay because I still haven't gotten one and it's been over two and half hours. Hmm I might have typed the wrong email. Can I go crawl away now. My son was being so bad at the hospital I thought I would die. My husband just ignore him as usually but he does not need to hear his son acting up. We are hoping he comes home tomorrow morning so maybe things will calm down. Can anyone check for me please about the email. I'm so sorry, I really don't mean to cause trouble. trinityblacio12@gmail.com is supposed to be the email I used.

Oh thank you so much I bow at your feet in awe!!! It's been a day I would like to soon forget well except for registration for the convention though.

Thank you again told ya did it from my phone with no glasses because gave husband my glasses for the hospital so he could read magazines and I was to excited to wait to register while I was waiting for my son's football team.

I did get my confirmation really quick.

yep waiting for the confirmation now. I knew I would screw something up. I swear I need to take a hot bath and go to bed, but kids are up still, sigh. Then I wanted to write some, but don't know if body is going to let me. I just might take laptop to bed with me tonight.

But I am waiting for the confirmation before I take a bath. You know I'm more excited about this convention than I am the RT one. I've only been to Lori Foster's convention ever so this and RT are going to be new for me.
