| There is the form that everyone filled out to nominate their favorites and there's the poll that I've posted the link to. Those are the only forms available to everyone. Everyone nominated (provided the rules were followed and books were either published within the timeframe specified, or the complete information was listed and wasn't impossible to locate online) is listed in the poll. The AAD staff as a whole, is a huge fan of being fair.  The voting results are private and will stay private until the awards ceremony. All winners will be announced at AAD in NEW ORLEANS!
