Can anyone give me some ideas on what to wear to the ball? SHould I go formal and do the whole shabang or just get a costume? I don't want to be the only to show up in a freakin ball gown LOL. Any ideas because Im at a loss.

anything you want. its a costume ball. Some will be there is costume some wont.
the theme is Echoes of New Orleans, which is a Ghost and character ball. this means to enter the costume contest, you have to be a recognizable ghost from NOLA's past or a character from A book set in nola.

I tend to go all out for my costumes and have worn ball gowns to the masquerades before...I have a character/ghost in mind but I need to chase down who borrowed my copy of the book. -_-;

I'm looking for ideas for characters. If I don't find one then I'm probably going to just dress up to be pretty! LOL...I don't get to do that so either way Ima be all dressed up. LOL.

I'm not doing a sports theme, just plain old rubber ball theme. I have a few ideas, (meatballs, melon balls) just looking for some other creative suggestions on snacks, decor, etc. Thanks!
