I found out about the convention via the Joey W. Hill fan forum, so glad I did, going to try to make this an annual thing!

I heard about AAD through MyBookishWays. I am so glad I did!! Smile

Uhm...

I don't remember. I think I probably heard about the first one at a booksigning... since then, I've found out about the next year's plans on the mailing list. Smile

I actually heard about it recently via twitter... one of the authors I follow tweeted a link to the AAD blog & from there I found the forum & became hooked- completely determined to attend NOLA next summer! lol

I went to the first AADPW.
Learned about the event from Stella.

I found out about AAD when I overheard a conversation at RAW last year. I looked it up & decided I just had to attend this year. And I certainly don't plan on missing next year in New Orleans. I am really looking forward to Philly this year.

I live in Northeastern PA.
I live south of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area

So we live at exact opposites corners of the state. I lived closer to you when I lived in South Plainfield, NJ many years ago.

But distance is of no importance when we can all get together at a fabulous con like AAD.

I can't wait either.

I heard about it through Lori Perkins. She told me to come with her to the Phil. one but with two teenagers I couldn't do it last min. but come next year I'll be there.
