HOneslty? I dont know. Im sorry but I have been behind and I dont have the brainpower right now to do it. Im up to my ass in boxes to move, a deadline for 2 books from my agent and Im dealing with wedding stuff, so I just added everything in all at once because I didnt have time to go through it. And Im sorry for that. I tried to keep up with it but we got dumped on pretty quickly with Yes's so there really is no excuse except that Im extremely tied up right now.

NO WORRIES! I just didn't want to miss anyone, but I'll compare the list to what I have from before. Good luck, Stella!! Thanks for your hard work!

I'm also having issues contacting Beth Williamson through her contact form. I've tried different variations of the same message, but it keeps telling me that my message is too long.

Is anyone else having issues hearing back from the Small Press authors? I have 19 authors who haven't responded to emails I've sent. I sent one the first week of December and then a second to those who hadn't responded last week. I know the season can be hectic for some, but it's been a month.

Depends on the emails, and the fact that some bloggers are going right to spam... lemme know what ones you sent to and Ill make a note to them.

Same issue. I have not heard back from 8 authors. Was wondering if I should contact them again?

Some of the authors are also on Twitter. I have had luck getting in touch with some that way.

Stella, I'm having some trouble getting back in touch with BA Tortuga. I did an interview and spotlight with her where she offered a giveaway for a gift card. The contest has been over for about two weeks and I haven't heard back from her about awarding the prize. The winner has contacted me, asking why she hasn't heard anything.

I've emailed BA twice and tweeted her as well, but with no response.

I will make good on the prize if I don't hear from her soon. Otherwise, it's a reflection on my blog.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Ill email her in a couple hours. shes in central time zone and has been on serious deadline for a new book, but I will get at her today.

I appreciate that. I don't want to harrass anyone, but at the same time, I don't want to keep putting off the winner. Thanks for your help.

I've been having issues with authors contacting me as well. I've contacted the following at least 3 times (even via the AAD forums) and I still haven't heard anything.

Much like Book Faery, I'm starting to lose patience and if I didn't have to have a certain number of small press to do for the con, I wouldn't be wasting this much time. Is there any way to figure out if they've received my messages and are just not interested?

I just got in touch with Brynn via twitter and she emailed me that night.

I just sent out my second round emails and updated my logs. If I don't hear back from people this time I'll pick other authors and go from there. Hopefully with the holidays being behind us things have started to settle down for folks.
